Cookies and privacy on this website
You can browse the website without allowing optional analytics or loading the booking calendar. Use Privacy settings in the footer to accept, reject or change your choices.
Remembering your choice
We store your privacy choices in your browser for up to six months. This necessary storage records your preferences; it is not used for advertising. If your browser blocks storage, your choice may last only for the current visit.
Optional website analytics
When you allow analytics, we use PostHog’s EU-hosted service to understand page views, device and browser information, and interactions with links and buttons. We mask captured page text and element attributes, disable session recordings, and remove query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs before sending them. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser to recognise visits. We configure the SDK not to use your IP address for analytics.
We also load Google Analytics only after you allow analytics. It measures page views, traffic sources, campaign information and interactions such as scrolling, outbound links, searches, downloads and form interaction events, together with technical browser and device information. Page and referring addresses may include campaign or search parameters. We also record clicks on our demo, WhatsApp and “Build my case” links without adding contact details or submitted form values to those events. Google Analytics uses cookies prefixed with “merx” on this website, with a six-month expiry. Google advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Analytics is disabled on our preview addresses. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection and clears this website’s PostHog storage and Google Analytics cookies on the current browser. It does not delete information already received by either service. See PostHog’s privacy policy for information about the provider.
Booking a demo
The embedded HubSpot calendar loads only when you allow it in Privacy settings or select “Allow and load calendar”. Loading it connects your browser to HubSpot, which may use cookies. Details you submit, including your name, email and company, are used to arrange the demo. You can also open the calendar directly in a separate tab; that takes you to HubSpot’s website and its privacy settings apply.
Withdrawing calendar permission removes the embed from this website. It cannot remove cookies stored on HubSpot’s separate domain or cancel a meeting you have already booked. See HubSpot’s privacy policy.
